Ingredients

Instructions

Before you start, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans with butter or baking spray.

Start by combining the cocoa powder with the boiling water. Mix until all the cocoa has dissolved and set aside.
