Lemon Drizzle Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:

- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, oil, orange juice and lemon zest until well blended.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice and powdered sugar. When cake is done, remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Prick top of cake with a fork and drizzle with the lemon glaze.
- Let cake cool completely before serving.
