- 1 cup (240 ml) vegan cream cheese
- 1 cup (120 g) vegan powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
Instructions
Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and line a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted vegan butter, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar until combined. In a separate bowl, sift together the granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
