Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8-inch round baking pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the sugar and beat until the mixture is glossy and thick.
