Slowly add in the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the frosting reaches the desired consistency.

Once the cakes have cooled completely, you can frost them. Place one layer of cake on a plate and spread a generous amount of frosting over the top. Place the second layer of cake on top and spread the remaining frosting over the top and sides.

Decoration:
