Guinness Bundt Cake Recipe
Ingredients
For this delicious Guinness Bundt Cake, you will need: 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 cup of butter, 2 cups of granulated sugar, 4 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 and 1/2 cups of Guinness beer, 1/2 cup of buttermilk, 1/2 cup of chopped pecans, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch bundt pan with butter, then lightly dust it with flour. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until it is light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract. Add the Guinness beer, buttermilk, and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake is cooled, you can serve it as-is or with a dusting of powdered sugar. If desired, you can also serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of freshly whipped cream.
